What if I am unhappy with the course, can I get my money back?

Yes, all courses come with a 30 day 100% momey back return policy. If you are unsatisified in anyway, or have any suggestions for us, we would love to hear them!

What if I forgot my password?

It is simple to create a new password by simply clicking the password recovery link.

As an instructor, how is Nuvola paid for course sales?

Nuvola has a simple revenue share model in which we keep 15% of all course sales. You set the price and discounts as desired. When a course sells, you get 85% of the revenue!

I forgot to print my certificate; can I go back and access it later?

Yes, you can simply access your certificate of completion anytime by going back to your completed course and re-clicking the "Certificate" link.

Can I pay with a debit card?

Yes, simply follow the credit card payment steps.

Can I pay with a PO?

Yes. However, paying with a credit card is simple, safe and secure, it allows for immediate access to content, and still includes an invoice which is accessible under your user profile at anytime. If a PO is required, simply send an email to Nuvola Networks at info@nuvola-networks.com and please allow 1-2 business days processing.
